This is an intermediate Vinyasa-flow style class where breath is linked with movement. It is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga asanas, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles.  This class will bring your practice to a new level; however, modification and variation is offered for all levels.  

While all levels are welcome, some experience is suggested.
