Yoga 3 is designed for more-experienced yogis who practice yoga regularly and have a solid understanding of yoga asanas and are comfortable performing more-advanced poses. This class is also for those yogis who want to deepen their practice of arm balances, backbends and twists (Iyengar-alignment based) as well as breath work (pranayama, in the Satyananda yoga tradition).
