Find strength and power in your standing poses.  Standing poses are a vital part of the yoga practice.  This workshop will break down foundation and alignment to find length and strength in each pose wether on 2 legs or 1.  Balancing, Hip alignment and ways to work to gain strength and flexibility will also be a part of this workshop.
