This is an intermediate Vinyasa-flow style class where breath is linked with movement and is for yogis who want to deepen and improve their practice. It is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. Yoga 2 is a guided practice, with gentle assistance, leading to a better understanding and integration of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) by the body and the mind. 
While all levels are welcome and modifications are offered, some experience is suggested.
