Yin targets the deeper connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation and improving overall flexibility.  Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by propound the gentle guidance of your instructor.  Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to stronger more dynamic vinyasa style, and exercise such as running, Crossfit, walking, biking etc. All levels class.
