Allow this Gentle Yoga class to help de-stress and restore your nervous system's healing ability, while getting a gentle, full-body workout. This class lasts for one hour and includes gentle sequences to stretch, strengthen, and fully relax muscles, as well as easy breath work and guided meditation.  


This class is particularly helpful for those experiencing stress, anxiety, and over-stimulation, as well as anyone with mobility issues.  It's perfect for people with joint immobility, stiffness, or for those who just enjoy a gentle yoga practice! This class is accessible for any age, shape, or level of student.  You'll leave feeling stretched, strengthened, and de-stressed!
